A long-term field survey of the former battlefields of the Bamban-Stotsenburg area aimed at conducting educational and scientific studies of the former Japanese WWII tunnels.

Project Discovery War Tunnels is a long-term field survey of the former battlefields of the Bamban-Stotsenburg area aimed at conducting educational and scientific studies of the former Japanese WWII tunnels; including mapping, photography and video documentation, and other related field research.

The data and information gathered from the field survey will be become the basis of Data Base, and also in the research and publication.

Other objectives and aims are the search, collection, and retrieval of war relics that can be found in the war tunnels for the Bamban WWII Museum exhibits.
